Kids and Parents Love Kindermusik!
We recently received this e-mail from a parent who attended one of our recent play dates. Hi Ladies- Just thought you would appreciate hearing that (my daughter) was playing with her jingle bell from the Jingle Jangle playdate today, and was singing "Bells away, bells away, gently put your bells away," over and over! Why Kindermusik?
Why should you enroll your child in Kindermusik? What is Kindermusik? For the answers to these and more questions, watch the quick cartoon below. It explains some of the core values and ideas of a Kindermusik class, and will probably answer your questions.
Simply put, Kindermusik is a music and movement class for children and families, but it really much more than that. Kindermusik classes are research based edu-fun classes that provide a boost in social, pre-literacy, problem solving, emotional and social skills. They provide a time for new moms and dads to bond with their babies (Village, birth-18 months) a time for moms and dads to explore and appreciate their toddler's independence (Our Time, 18 months-3 yrs.), pre-school aged classes that focus on imagination and creativity, as well as independence and school readiness (Our Time, 3-5 yrs). There are sessions that focus on family bonding time (Family Time, birth-7), sessions that work with pre-school and daycare providers for additional music classes (ABC Music and Me) and music classes for 5-7 year olds (Young Child) as well as Sign and Sing for children ages birth-3.
Each Kindermusik class is taught by a highly trained, Licensed Kindermusik educator who is eager to meet you and your child where you currently are, and work to help you and your child enjoy music and play even more than they already do.

What is a Play Date?
A Kindermusik Play Date is a single class that comes complete with home materials, (including a Music download card from play.Kindermusik.com and an instrument) and gives you a chance to experience a Kindermusik class without committing to a session. These are great for families who want to see if Kindermusik will be a good fit for them or for existing Kindermusik families who want to try something new or just have an extra fun experience. Kindermusik Play Dates are a full length class (complete with music and movement time, story time, instrument play and sometimes a craft (all included). The cost of a Play Date, including all materials, is $15. Play Dates are generally scheduled once per month, starting in March.
